This is nice ladder for a my Lance camper. It has made getting in and out much easier. I wish I would have bought one years ago. It’s lightweight so you can easily move it around and store it. The only negative is the mounting bracket hooks. They have sharp corners on them and one left a nice sized cut on my leg when I slipped one day. It went right through my pants and it to my leg. The manufacturer really should have rounded the sharp corners.

This is a great set of stairs, makes getting into/out of my truck camper about one million times easier than a hitch-mounted two-step. Seems pretty well built, we will see how long the rivets last. Folds up very nicely too, very compact. Light, made of aluminum, except for the hunting plate, which is galvanized steel. Overall I’m very happy with this product, wonder why I waited so long to get it. Mounted in it to back of F250 on lowest portion of vertical bed under a truck-mounted camper.

I would like to say that the steps are great for our camper. I added nonslip tape to the steps just incase they were slippery in the rain. I have to say I did give a bad review originally because I order them in April and they didn’t ever show up however there was no charge. the company said it was shipped. I did reorder in june and they came right away. I wished they had just shipped them on my first order but hey I have them now and they are great. very sturdy adjust hook on and off to put into camper when we travel.

The instructions indicate that at least 1 inch of surface is necessary for installation. What they don’t mention is that the prongs that the steps attach to stick up higher than an inch. In my case (Outfitter Caribou lite 6..5) this would have prevented the door from opening. I debated returning the steps but ended up bolting a piece of wood to the bottom of the camper to serve as an attachment point. Relatively sturdy set of steps. As others have mentioned, the large gap at the top of the steps is a potential hazard to be aware of.

It’s very sturdy and is of high quality. However, the gap between the step and the bracket was way too far for my slide in. It left a 6inch gap to fall through if you weren’t looking.I cut the bracket on the stairs, drilled new holes and it’s perfect now.

Waited a while to write a review because the first set i had were really bad (from another mfg), wanted to see how these held up over time. These steps are great, light weight but strong. I’m over 200 pounds and no problems. Easy to install and remove for travel. They are very bright and shiny but easily taken care of with a can of black non skid paint. Would highly recommend.

They are very easy to install. Critical dimensions under your door for clearance. Solid, I’m 260 and held me steady and no side to side movements detectable.

I have it as a removable stair step for my truck camper. Way easier than the other options.
