I bought the WeldingCity Teflon Liner 35T-40-15 (.030″-.035″) for my Lincoln 100L MIG gun to make spool changes go easier. I am very happy with this new teflon liner and immediately upon installation noticed a major improvement in the wire feed. Very easy to install and it’s slightly longer than you need so it can be cut down for an exact fit.Given the low price and easy installation I’m surprised more welders don’t use this teflon liner. I consider this a fantastic value because the improvement over feed and time saved on spool changes are a great boost to productivity. Feeding new spools is a breeze now without fear of catching the wire on it’s way through the gun.For $20 this is the most cost-effective way to upgrade your stock machine. Definitely recommend and planning to buy more!

Extremely slow shipping. The liner works great for aluminum welding. It took 9 days to get it after I placed the order. I figured I’d get it sooner, since I’m only about 4 hours away. I will order again, if I’m not on a tight time frame.

Bought this in an attempt to mig weld aluminum.Vastly improved the situation but not convinced it got me all the way there.I am using a 30 year plus welder so maybe it will do it for you.That said overall quality was good and definite feed improvement over the old one.Certainly worth a try if aluminum is what you’re after.

I have a Lincoln Weldpak 180 and this works to convert the machine over to weld aluminum thru the mig gun. Aluminum wire gets stuck in the regular steel liner. Easier to use than the spool gun I purchased. Must use 5356 wire because 4043 is too soft. Not sure how long it will last. Only negative is the slow shipping.

Bought this to setup my Lincoln power mig 215 to be able to mig aluminum, works great !!!! Have ran about 4 lbs of wire so far with zero issues

Did not fit my 100l mig gun without modification. Liner thicker than original metal liner, it fit the hose but not the gun. Had to drill out a portion of the gun to get it to fit but could not get it to go around the bend of the cut. I cut it to length to try it so I could not return. Waste of money. You don’t get much for what it costs, a small vinyl hose ans a brass end.
